Who we are

This website is operated by Solada Care Group Limited, which is currently developing children's residential homes in Liverpool and the wider North West. The proposed homes are not yet operational and will not open unless and until the appropriate Ofsted registration has been obtained. We are responsible for the personal information you send us through this website.

What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us through our enquiry forms. Depending on the form, this may include:

• your name, organisation and role
• your email address and, if you choose, your phone number
• the nature of your enquiry and your message
• for future placement enquiries, the general age range of a child and the type of placement that may be required
• for job applications, employment history, qualifications, training, supporting information and referee contact details

Our placement enquiry form asks you not to include a child's name or identifying case details. Detailed referral information will only be requested through an appropriate secure route when a registered home is able to consider referrals.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, discuss future placement planning, provide development or registration updates where relevant, and consider job applications or recruitment enquiries. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unrelated to your enquiry.

Our lawful basis

We process enquiry information because it is in our legitimate interests to respond to people who contact us and, where you enquire about a future placement or apply for a role, to take steps you have asked us to take. Recruitment information is handled only for recruitment and safer-recruitment purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and recruitment information only for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry or recruitment process, any appropriate follow-up, and applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct, restrict or delete it. You can also object to how we use it. To make a request, please contact us.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
