Care team in a warm, collaborative discussion

Careers at Solada

Do work that matters.

We are preparing to recruit the teams for our first children's homes as they progress toward Ofsted registration.

Why the work matters

Consistency can change a childhood.

Children who need residential care may have experienced instability. We are building a staffing model around consistent adults who can help a future home feel safe and dependable.

As our homes progress toward registration, we will recruit people who can help children experience consistency, safety and genuine opportunity, and support them to build confidence and life skills.

Our culture

Warm, professional, ambitious and accountable.

We are building a culture where people can feel part of one team: comfortable speaking openly, proud of the homes they help shape and clear that children's needs come first.

Our planned culture will encourage staff to raise concerns, ask for support and contribute ideas. Clear standards and strong leadership will make expectations easy to understand.
